Central Ontario Appraisals (Newmarket) Inc. is a company of real estate appraisers and consultants located in the centre of York Region. The firm has provided independent real estate valuations since 1972 and is one of the largest appraisal companies in the Greater Toronto area. Our extensive data base and computerized office facility ensures quality and timely value estimates on all types of real property.

The company encourages its appraisers to obtain their AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) and CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) designations and maintains the standards that are required by both. An AACI evaluates all types of real estate, while a CRA is restricted to residential properties up to and including four units. The Appraisal Institute of Canada confers both the AACI and CRA designations.

To ensure maximum supervision of articling appraisers, provide them with an effective and efficient training program, and maintain the quality of appraisal services expected by our clients, it is the policy of the company to maintain a low ratio of non-designated appraisers or trainees to designated appraisers.
