The Residential Service Area map identifies the territory in which COA will complete appraisals on residential properties.

There are many different types of residential real estate within this service area including; in-town urban residential, rural residential on acreage, custom built estate residential on one to five acres and direct or indirect waterfront properties.

The appraisal fee is contingent upon the type of property being appraised and the location of the property. Additional time and cost is incurred in appraising properties in areas outlined as "Area #2" on the map and therefore fees are higher than for similar properties in "Area #1" locations.
